I recently visited this auto repair shop for an oil change and some minor engine work. Right from the start, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I can't say enough great things about my experience at this auto repair shop! After my car started making strange noises, I was worried it would be a costly repair. However, the team was incredibly honest and transparent about what needed to be fixed. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a detailed estimate before starting the work. I was so relieved to find out it was a simple fix! I also loved that they showed me the old parts they replaced. It felt reassuring to see the work they did firsthand. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff treated everyone with respect and friendliness. They even offered me some snacks while I waited! My only small critique would be that they could improve their online appointment system; it wasn't clear if I needed to book in advance or if they took walk-ins. Despite that minor hiccup, I left feeling satisfied and will definitely return for any future needs!
